Gifting Season – Shipping Policy

At Gifting Season, every item is made just for you. We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to produce and ship your orders quickly and reliably around the world.

Order Processing Times

All orders are made-to-order. Typical production times are:

  • Standard items (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs): 2–5 business days
  • Busy seasons (November–December): 3–7 business days

Once your order is printed and packed, it ships immediately.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and can vary based on season, carrier delays, customs, and destination.

Where We Ship

We ship to most major countries worldwide. If your region is restricted or unsupported, checkout will alert you before purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During November–December and other peak periods, carriers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery for holiday gifting.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if:

  • Items are fulfilled at different facilities
  • Some products complete production earlier than others

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The package may be returned or lost
  • We cannot offer a refund
  • A replacement can be issued, but you may be responsible for the new shipping and fulfillment cost

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
  • We will help investigate with the carrier

In some cases, we may offer a replacement, depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the full item
  • A clear photo of the issue
