Returns & Replacements

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Because many of our pieces are prepared specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse

We encourage reviewing product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly arrange a replacement.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll provide next steps promptly.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter processing quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, modifications may not be possible.


Shipping Issues

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to assist where possible.

Please note that once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
