Orders

How quickly are orders processed?
Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. During seasonal peaks, processing may take slightly longer.

Can I make changes after placing my order?
Because many items are prepared shortly after purchase, we’re only able to accommodate changes within the first 12 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.


Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary by destination:

United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Canada: 5–12 business days after dispatch
International: 7–21 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Where do orders ship from?
Our fulfillment partners operate from multiple locations across North America and Europe. Orders are typically shipped from the closest facility to your destination whenever possible.

Will my items arrive together?
Occasionally, items may ship separately if fulfilled from different locations. If so, you will receive tracking details for each shipment.


Returns & Replacements

Do you accept returns?
As many of our pieces are prepared specifically for each order, we’re unable to accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage reviewing sizing details carefully before purchasing.

What if something arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll gladly replace it. Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information. We recommend reviewing measurements before placing your order.

How do your garments fit?
Most apparel features a classic unisex fit. For a more relaxed or oversized look, consider sizing up.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted payment system.
